Mount Everest

Mount Everest is highest peak above sea level, which is located in the Mahalangur himal sub -range of the himalayas. The native name of Mount Everest is Sagarmatha, which literally means " peak of heaven".

After several years of calculation based on trigonometric survey, height of Mount Everest is 8,840 m (29,002ft) approximately. It attracts many climbers which included highly experienced mountaineers as well. There are two main climbing routes, one belongs from the southeast in Nepal and other from the north in tibet simultaneously. The major drawbacks of Everest is that most of the people face attitude sickness . Although Everest climbing is goid adventure among foreigners as well as it helps to foster the tourism industry worldwide .
